PRAXIS

Praxis is a year-long apprenticeship program that places ambitious 17-25 year-olds at high growth companies and gives them one-on-one personal and professional development. Praxis participants and alumni have built formidable sales portfolios, launched successful products, and crafted global marketing campaigns. Over 250 graduates have launched careers with the program. Participants spend six months in a professional skills bootcamp before joining a company and receive intense training in sales... , business development, and marketing while building their own personal pitch decks and websites. They then spend six months at a company, where they earn a minimum of $15/hour and work 40 hours/week. While they work at the company, they receive weekly one-on-one coaching from personal Praxis advisors who work with business partners to accelerate the value added by the participate to the business partner. Praxis provides top entry-level non-technical talent to companies growing quickly. Past Praxis participants have worked in sales, business development, marketing, and operations at their business partners. 95% of grads get hired after the program.More
