4C Engineering was established in 1998 by Sedat Kurtaran to introduce to the Turkish high technology products which are not yet known in the Turkish market and which can be regarded as new even globally and to provide widespread use over time. 4C Engineering believed that educated people are the greatest force to be able to use the new designs and branding as the most important weapons to compete in the world market, by clogging the process of development and development of our country with high technology.
