Absolute Quality offers a comprehensive array of interaction services to provide instant information to end-users. Its online Web chat support offers access to customer service representatives (CSRs) without picking up a phone. Users ask questions and immediately receive answers via chat sessions and collaborative Web browsing that allows CSRs to "push" desired information to site visitors. Email support can remain "branded" with a client's domain name while being redirected to Absolute Qualit... y's CSRs for quick responses. Live telephone support, interactive voice response systems, faxback and callback support also are available. In addition, the company creates and manages databases for clients reflecting the frequency and length of its support personnel interactions and tracks the issues being addressed.
