AccessE11 is a web-based system, so employees can access it from anywhere on any device. There is a mobile app for field workers as well. Each time a staff member receives an issue in AccessE11, within 30 seconds they can create a case for the citizen providing details about the issue, the location, as well as the priority level of the issue, and then assign that case to a team member for resolution.
