ACEA ENERGIA
Acea is the leading Italian operator in the water sector supplying 8.5 million inhabitants in Lazio, Tuscany, Umbria and Campania; it’s one of the major players in Italy in terms of the distribution and sale of electricity, distributing 11 billion kWh and selling 10 billion kWh. Acea is the sixth biggest Italian waste-to-energy operator, and has processed 770,000 tons of waste. On 31 December 2015 the Group was employing 4,978 people.
