Activate Class is an e-learning benefits platform for organizations seeking to develop and retain their talent. Through unlimited access courses and workshops, with social impact. With the pandemic and the technological exponential tsunami, the world is changing rapidly, and not everyone will be able to adapt. What we at Activate Class, a startup supported by Corfo Chile, offer our institutional clients is an innovative platform where their collaborators can find live and recorded training, workshops and classes totally free for them, around two categories: What are Crece and Bienestar, in Crece you will find courses aimed at providing the tools and skills of the future, to enhance your professional careers and grow within your areas of interest. On the other hand, in Well-being they will be able to take a break from their routine, with workshops on mindfulness, yoga, fitness and more, which will help them enhance their mental and physical health. Additionally, for each course successfully completed, a fund is contributed to a cause selected by each collaborator (which can be poverty, SENAME, environment, among others). In this way, by Growing and improving their Well-being, users are contributing to others. The courses are conducted by expert teachers, with real-life experience, and they receive a royalty per class taken. Classes are live and recorded in short modules that can be listened to and viewed at any time. The platform is free for its users, B2B customers buy individual subscriptions with access to all courses. At the end of the month we deliver a report with a summary of the activity that collaborators have had with the platform. Measuring their levels of achievement, progress, courses of greatest interest, among others. In addition, institutions can donate scholarships to vulnerable groups.
