ADULT CHILDREN OF ALCOHOLICS
Adult Children of Alcoholics (ACA) is a global community focused on recovery and healing for individuals who grew up in alcoholic or otherwise dysfunctional families. ACA operates on a foundation of the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions, offering a structured approach to personal growth and healing. The organization provides support through meetings, both in-person and online, literature, and resources such as the 'Loving Parent Guidebook' and 'The Twelve Steps of Adult Children Workbook'. Members share experiences, strength, and hope, working together to overcome the effects of family dysfunction. The ACA community is open to anyone who identifies with the traits of adult children of alcoholics or comes from a dysfunctional family background.
