ADVANTAGEWEST
AdvantageWest is a nonprofit regional economic development partnership serving the westernmost counties of North Carolina. For 20 years, AdvantageWest has worked to develop their job creation programs around the needs of their mountain communities, earning us a reputation as one of the most innovative and diversified economic development organizations in the country. They understand the unique characteristics, challenges and potential of their region, which spans an area larger than eight other US states and is roughly the size of the state of Maryland, with about 1.1 million citizens.
