AFR100
The AFR100 is a land restoration initiative with the goal to restore 100 million hectares of land in Africa by 2030. The organization is also known as the African Forest Landscape Restoration Initiative and is based on a country-led effort . The aim of the organization is to accelerate restoration to enhance food security, increase climate change resilience and mitigation, and combat rural poverty.
