AHEDD
AHEDD assists persons with impairments in finding work. Youth in transition from school to work and adults seeking work in the community are among the people they help. Participants in AHEDD's services get a personalized service plan that may include skill evaluations, career exploration, and development, self-directed job search, job placement, worksite support/training, and/or benefits management consulting from Certified Work Incentive Coordinators (CICs). Their work assists people in becoming more self-sufficient, productive, and contributing members of their communities, as well as meeting the diversity and labor force demands of companies.
