AID FOR AFRICA
Aid for Africa is a charity alliance of U.S.-based nonprofits and their African partners working to help children, families, and communities throughout Sub-Saharan Africa. Its members are all dedicated to solving the complex, inter-related challenges facing Africa. The grassroots programs supported through it focus on health, education, economic development, arts and culture, conservation, and wildlife protection in Africa. Organizations wishing to become part of the Aid for Africa partnership must meet stringent tests of fiscal accountability, governance, and programmatic impact. It is headquartered in Chevy Chase, Maryland.
