Wide Area Motion Imagery (WAMI) sensors can monitor an area of multiple square kilometers in great detail. This results in huge data flows, larger than the available bandwidth. The challenge is to develop smart algorithms that automatically extract the relevant data and analyze it in real-time and onboard the drone.
