This hardware is supported by an AI-powered expert system on a mobile application to help users in both emergency case... s and long-term health care. Our typical user is anyone who wants to care for his/her health anywhere, anytime. More accurately speaking, many of people in modern cities are so busy to care enough about their health and present health monitoring devices like home blood pressure monitors, invasive blood glucose meters and etc. are not used adequately because of bad user experience and price and also not easy to use everywhere. Other potential users are people living alone and our device makes it possible to have medical emergency help on time, thus increases the chance of survival. The market for wearable health-care devices is great but more competitors are appearing. Therefore, we should have strategies for winning more market share as follows: 1. Noninvasive blood glucose monitoring by a low cost simple optical sensor is our vital advantage. 2. ECG is a rich signal containing enormous information about the body's health so having non-contact, high-gain, and precise ECG sensors will make it possible for introducing more market winning features based on AI-powered signal processing algorithms. 3. Working on reliability and precision to have medical clearance as soon as possible, makes more people trust us and helps us scale up faster. 4. We are developing our new sensor technology for a wide range spectroscopy in a tiny package for monitoring more parameters in your blood and more healthcare features. As a complicated Hardware/Application business in the Health-care field, our product is still not ready for launch. Thus, there is still no revenue but as the market researches show, there is great potential for such devices. Driven by the ability to interconnect with key modern trends of healthcare, fitness, messaging, and socialization, the wearable technology ecosystem is attracting significant levels of interest.” As mentioned before, our first product is in the pre-launch stage and we need about 275,000$ investment for next year in order to launch. In addition, it should be mentioned that we planned to improve sales gradually from 10,000 devices in the first year of sales to 1,000,000 devices of its next generations in the 5th year. By considering 99$ for each device, it equals to about 50m$ net profit in the 5th year.
