Astaxanthin derived from Haematococcus algae produced by Algae Science J... apan is called HEMA-MO-ASTA, which promote its application to nutritional supplements and functional foodstuffs. Astaxanthin, produces microalgae that is useful for antioxidants, in order to reduce the oxidative stress that causes various diseases. The company's culture system promotes low-cost production and mass production of natural astaxanthin. Algae Science Japan was founded in March 2012 and is headquartered in Okinawa, Japan.
