All-State Industries is a family owned and operated non-metallic manufacturing business with its corporate headquarters located in West Des Moines, Iowa. In 1974, Bob Pulver began a conveyor belt distribution company after having worked for a number of years with the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company.
