Factory GPT - Enables generative business intelligence on all your factory data, allowing Factory personnel to talk to the factory and ask it detailed questions about what has happened, is happening, or could likely happen. Factory GPT provides output including charts, tables, and text responses. AllieML - Our traditional machine learning set of predictions, used to predict the probability of downtime, and predict the most likely cause of stoppage. It is consistently re-trained from the streaming data to reflect changes and give your factory higher accuracy predictions. Allie Edge Gateway - Our secure edge device, which sits on top of PLCs, or supervisory controllers, to ingest, and safely transport data from your factory to the cloud. Our industry tribes work with your Digital and Manufacturing teams to identify high impact manufacturing lines, and determine their level of technology readiness - co-creating a road map to define the phases and steps to apply AI to your factory operations.
