With a high job placement rate, flexible scheduling and short-term course offerings it’s no surprise that Altahama Technical College’s enrollment has increased by leaps and bounds in past years. Located in Jesup, Georgia, Altahama Technical College brings in residents of Wayne as well as Camden, Glynn, Appling, McIntosh and Long counties, who may enroll in one of Altahama’s career education programs. There are also technical certificate programs which prepare individuals for industrial, computer, medical and other fields. Altahama Tech’s programs aren’t necessarily time consuming either. While there are some programs that take about two years to complete, Altahama Tech also has some programs such as commercial truck driving which take as little as six weeks to finish.
