ALTUS POWER
Altus Power is a commercial-scale clean electrification company that serves commercial, industrial, muni, and community solar customers. Its America Management deploys capital to build, own, and operate clean energy systems on commercial buildings, properties, schools, and municipal buildings (“Hosts”). The electricity generated from these systems is then sold to the Host, utility, or other third party at a discount to the price paid to the grid. The Host makes no upfront investment and can receive discounted energy and a roof/land lease stream.
