It enables its users to find the recovery time after a training session and obtain real-time feedback on their training and techniques to improve. It also provides an individual anaerobic threshold that enables runners to do blood tests. ambiorun was founded by Juergen Loeschinger and Richard Feichtinger in 2014. And it is based in Mainz, Germany.
