American Midstream is a growth-oriented Delaware limited partnership that owns, operates, develops, and acquires a diversified portfolio of midstream energy assets. They engaged in the business of gathering, treating, processing, fractionating, and transporting natural gas through our ownership and operation of eleven gathering systems, two processing facilities, three interstate pipelines, and five intrastate pipelines. The company was formed in August 2009 and is based in Denver, Colorado.
