AMR PEMCO
In 1975, Robert G. Graf founded American Mine Research, Inc. (AMR) to support the mining industry’s need for enhanced safety through the use of pilotless ground continuity monitors. AMR has since sold over 40,000 circuits of the pilotless monitor throughout the world. Over the past 40 years, AMR has continued to develop a variety of products ranging from electronic circuit breakers, speed and tip sensors, to wireless atmospheric monitoring, tracking and communication systems. Continuous improv... ements in feature content and design have broadened the scope of their products and their applications to deliver the most efficient and effective combination of safety and productivity available in the market today. AMR has an established distribution network throughout the United States focused to serve the coal and metal/non-metal segments of the mining industry. Also supported by local distributors and agents, AMR products’ value has been realized in the mining activities of Australia, Canada, Mexico, South Africa and South America.
