ANGELINA COLLEGE

Angelina College, located in Lufkin, Texas, attempts to make secondary education affordable for all by offering supplemental financial aid and other support to eligible students. Angelina College claims it is one of the least expensive of the 50 Texas community colleges. Its tuition may or may not be affordable for you, but Angelina also offers additional financial aid and lifestyle support. These support programs include book-lending, free childcare, free tutoring services and transportation ... and rental assistance. Angelina even offers HELP loans, which are emergency funds disbursed to eligible students. Extensive grants and scholarships are also available to those who qualify. All of these supports combine to make it possible and easy for any student, regardless of income, to receive an education and to enjoy their college life worry free. Angelina College academics consist of nine-month and one-year certificate programs, and two-year associate's degree programs. Students graduating from any one of these may transfer to a four-year school or directly into a career, depending on the program of study.
