We use high temperature pressure sterilization technology / aseptic manufacturing to cook the food by putting adequate pressure & heat and thereby creating an environment where bacteria cannot live, followed by an air vacuum sealing process in order to keep the food room temperature storable and shelf life long. It is a groundbreaking technology because you can now store freshly made products up to a year.
