We push these savings even further with a patented DC power distribution system, which reduces conversion losses for LED lighting and HVAC systems. We take a plug and play approach to automate building systems, or to augment existing building automation systems, using real time sensor data, to optimize indoor environment for tenants, and overall building energy performance. Our Building IoT platform offers Direct Current (DC) power distribution, Power over Ethernet (PoE), air quality and occupancy monitoring, automation of lighting and HVAC, and more.
