Shortly after, AROBS kept its direction toward expansion, becoming one of the market leaders for fleet management solutions in Eastern Europe via the two other successful acquisitions in Romania and Hungary: SAS Grup Romania and SkyShield Hungary. AROBS offers complex fleet management services for over 8500 companies from Romania, The Republic of Moldova, Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria, and Indonesia. AROBS also expands its product portfolio, entering new specialized markets. In 2019, AROBS announced the takeover of UCMS Romania – a company specialized in human resources - with two well-known HR products: True HR and dpPayroll. Furthermore, AROBS started investing in SoftManager – a very promising CRM+, another Romanian application. In 2021, AROBS was listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, becoming the most significant technology present on the market in Romania. The same year, the company announced the acquisition of Berg Software, a Timisoara headquartered company with consistent exposure to the DACH market. In 2022, AROBS welcomed Enea s Software Development Services business lines into the AROBS Group, following the most considerable acquisition process in the company s history.
