ASKPING
With AskPing, you are able to attach an email to a request and specify the urgency, location and department. you can easily manage the urgent requests without missing it in an otherwise packed email. If any questions come up, you can message the requestor directly on the app so communication stays in one place. Once a request is submitted, the client, company and assistant, if any, is auto saved so future requests will be made even easier. With time stamps on every request, the requestor can find out when the request was last updated. Once the organization is created, multiple users can be added for any size company. As no two companies are the same, AP allows customization of time frames, departments, locations and clients.
