Assured For Us is taking a new approach to solving the problem. We're bootstrapping a mobile-first platform that empowers Black professionals to help each other avoid toxic companies without fear of retribution. By helping ourselves, we cut off the diversity pipeline to toxic companies and reward companies who treat their Black employees equitably. Diversity is GOOD for the bottom line.
