Atlantica is a total return sustainable infrastructure company that owns, manages and acquires a diversified portfolio of contracted assets in the power and environment sectors. They operate high-quality facilities recently constructed, with long useful lives. Their long-term contracts with creditworthy counterparties permit us to generate stable and long-term cash-flows. They currently own 24 assets, comprising 1,496 MW of renewable energy generation, 300 MW of efficient natural gas, 1,152 mil... es of electric transmission lines and 10.5 Mft3 per day of water assets. All their assets have contracted revenues (regulated revenues in the case of their Spanish assets and one transmission line in Chile) and are underpinned by long-term contracts. Their assets have a weighted average remaining contract life of approximately 18 years as of December 31, 2018. Most of the assets they own or in which they have interest have project-finance agreements in place. Their portfolio is diversified both by business segment and geography. By geography, they are present in North & South America, and certain markets in EMEA. They target to distribute a very high percentage of their cash available for distribution and will seek to increase such cash dividends over time through the acquisition of additional contracted assets.More
