ayurveda-retreat-logo

The Ayurveda and Yoga Retreat was founded in late 2000. The Founder of the Retreat hails from a traditional ayurvedic family, which served the needy for the past 80 years. Our retreat is the first authentic Ayurveda and yoga treatment center in a resort setup where we combined Ayurveda and yoga as a treatment modality. We have the biggest yoga hall in pan India. Which won the best yoga hall award on the SPA Asia award night. For the past 5 years we consecutively won the certificates of excell... ence from the global travel site TripAdvisor. We have treated more than 6000 patients from all over the world. We are accredited by TUV-NORD Germany. The Retreat supports more than 20 local village families by providing them the job opportunity. Most of our staffs are working with us from the inception of our retreat. This proves how well they are taken care of and we proudly say that we also contribute to the growth of the indian economy by attracting overseas patients. Located in the Nilgiri mountains (Ooty) of south India with pleasant climate and natural settings, the goal of our retreat is to bring to you a genuine and authentic experience with Ayurveda, Yoga, and Meditation in accordance with ancient Ayurvedic & Yogic traditions of India. We strive to provide excellent care to every visiting guest with an individualized care regimen prescribed by the doctor.
