B&C Group is one of the leading holding companies in Austria and makes strategic, long-term investments. It is core shareholder of Austrian listed industrial companies and holds minority stakes in tech scale-ups with an industrial focus. B&C exercises its shareholder rights responsibly in line with the interests of the respective company, taking a long-term strategic perspective with respects to its core investments. Through its company B&C Innovation Investments (BCII), the B&C Group invests in... innovative technology-based growth companies of relevance to the industrial sector (industrial tech) and therefore the ‘old economy’. As a minority investor, BCII does not pursue stringent exit strategies for its investments and aims to achieve sustained value growth for the companies of its portfolio. B&C considers sustainability to be a decisive factor for maintaining and increasing the value of its portfolio companies and for addressing major ecological and social challenges.
