Merchants can answer questions in real-time and – most importantly – offer real-time exclusive deals. At any given point, merchants can receive in-depth reports with detailed analytics outlining offer redemptions, check-ins and area activity. A robust backend that aggregates social conversations that are relevant to a user's local search. babberly takes the millions of social conversations occurring on Facebook, Twitter and its own social conversation platform, slices and dices them and provides a relative search result for your local search query. On the merchant side, businesses are able to engage locals by creating real-time offers that are matched to user's search result.
