The firm was established in 2007 by Sam Bronfman, Peter Kaufman and Henry Owsley and is managed by the three founding partners. Mr. Bronfman brings over 30 years of experience in leading several of the largest wine operations in the U.S. with revenues exceeding $300 million. Messrs. Kaufman and Owsley have over 40 years of combined experience as investment bankers and advisors in structuring and executing $1 billion in complex debt and equity investments. Mr. Bronfman brings extensive wine industry expertise and access to a wide network of distributors, acquired through leadership positions held at Seagram Chateau and Estate Wines and Diageo Global Wines. Messrs. Kaufman and Owsley bring significant expertise in structuring credit products through their leadership of Gordian Group, a boutique investment bank focused on restructurings.
