History 2005 Cai Zhongshan (Shawn Cai) founded the company. The main business was developing software kits for mobile phones. 2010 In 2010 the company developed customized mobile applications for Chinese television companies such as T&D and Beijing Television. In the same year the company developed its own free-downloadable application called “Dopool (手机电)”. Dopool application streams more than 400 Chinese live television channels. 2013 In 2013 Dopool application reached one hundred million user downloads. At the end of the year Dopool application was financed by CRI (China Radio International) and became part of a new Chinese enterprise called Stars China （国广星空视频科技（北京）有限公司）.
