Bellboy HMS Ltd was founded in 2012 by Moshe Matsliah, who serves as president of both the Mihshuv Group and Bellboy. Bellboy emerged from a professional team within the Mihshuv group to become a subsidiary of the group. The Mihshuv group is a privately owned software company founded in Israel in 1977, providing a broad range of ERP and Business Intelligence solutions for large corporations in a wide array of enterprise sectors. In 2000 the Mihshuv group entered the hospitality software business, and acquired a hospitality software company. Today the group owns 3 subsidiaries – Bellboy, Sense BI, and Mihshuv – each develops and integrates B2B software solutions.
