Bencis is an independent investment company that was founded in 1999 by Zoran van Gessel and Jeroen Pit. Bencis supports business owners and management teams in achieving their growth ambitions. They have been investing in strong, successful businesses in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany for over 20 years. Their experience and expertise in sectors such as Industry & Manufacturing, Food & Beverages, Business & Consumer Services, Healthcare & Leisure and Wholesale & Retail enable us to add tr... ue value. Moreover, it is not just the business itself that is key to us, but above all the support they can give to the people who have built it and are taking it further. Bencis has 26 staff who operate out of offices in Amsterdam, Brussels/Diegem and Düsseldorf. They are currently investing in 21 businesses with a combined turnover of approximately 1.6 billion euros employing a total of 10,000 people. Bencis prefers to invest in businesses with an operating result of up to 50 million euros.
