The firm closed its inaugural investment vehicle, Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners II, L.P., in 2006 with commitments of €338 million. In 2010, Benson Elliot closed its second oversubscribed fund, Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners III, L.P., with commitments of €504 million. The firm closed its third oversubscribed fund, Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners IV L.P. in 2016 with €634 million in commitments. Subsequently, Benson Elliot was awarded the 2009 European Fundraising of the Year prize by Private Equity Real Estate. The firm is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
