BlackLex is an Internet Backer that invests with its own capital in the internet and mobile companies to further their development. The company will not only receive capital, but also advice concerning the product, technology, and administration. BlackLex positions oneself between a Business Angel and a Venture Capitalist. Its ticket sizes are minimal as large as that of a Business Angel but smaller than that of a Venture Capitalist. It was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Zug, Switzerland.
