Our ultrasonic deburring machine is effective on reducing labor cost, time and enables to get increase accuracy. Fine burrs always made when processing machinery or molding. The more precision parts are mass production, the more burrs affect the quality and cost. Almost all the time, deburring methods are done by hand and still difficult to be automation. Therefore, manufacturing base of precision machining has to move to a country with low labor cost like China. Ultrasonic deburring system... is not rely on manpower and can process from 1 to a few thousands. This is very new, expecting system. Our main customers are automotive industry such as TOYOTA, MAZDA, NISSAN but not only automotive industry but also used various industries such smart phone, electirc parts etc. Ultrasonic deburring technology has a huge market.
