Board of CEOs (BoC)is a management & consulting company that provides small peer group meetings for business mentoring and problem solving. The BoC monthly group meeting provides a platform where CEOs can establish trusted relationships in a creative and exclusive learning environment that emphasizes openness, integrity and confidentiality. The CEO often finds that “ITS LONELY AT THE TOP” as there are no peers within an organization to discuss key sensitive issues. Hence, Thomas Hong and Steve Tsai founded the company.
