Boardvote is a communication platform available to publicly traded companies listed on stock exchanges in the United States and Canada. It is the only platform available for companies to optimize their investor communications and engagement on social media. Companies that subscribe to Boardvote can provide information to existing shareholders wherever they are, whenever they want. Boardvote facilitates both prospective and existing investors to post questions to management of companies while allowing management to stay in compliance with SEC regulations.
