The project has been developed by Mr. Tomasz Bลasiak โ a United Nations consultant and an experienced manager with over 14 years of experience in managing large IT projects, resident of Zurich, Switzerland. Mr Bลasiak has recently been involved in supervising the cooperation of public sector customers in SGS (Governments and Institutions Services).
