BRIDGING FINANCE

Bridging Finance Inc. was founded in 2012 as a privately held Canadian company providing middle-market Canadian companies with alternative financing options to those offered by traditional lenders. The funds deployed by Bridging are used to address short-term needs, including restructuring existing debt, providing working capital for growth, as well as supporting inventory purchases, capital expenditures and acquisitions/buyouts. Bridging attracts borrowers who cannot access capital from traditi... onal financing sources due to industry factors, complexity, size, or other unique challenges companies might face. Facilities offered are covenant-lite, quick, flexible, and creative – generally based on the value of the assets of the company and the borrowing needs. A large investment pool is available for transactions of up to $30,000,000 with the potential for larger transactions. Bridging Finance created the Bridging Credit Fund LP in November 2013. Since inception, Bridging has adapted to increasing demand in the marketplace and resulting growth. In July 2014, Bridging expanded its coverage in the retail fund space and partnered with Ninepoint Partners (formerly, Sprott Asset Management) for distribution of the Fund and the Fund was renamed to Sprott Bridging Income Fund LP. Aside from the retail fund, Bridging also manages money for family offices and institutional investors through the Bridging Private Debt Institutional Fund LP and Separately Managed Accounts.
