At Burlington Training Centre, we have group classes, 1-on-1 personal training sessions and martial arts classes such as muay thai, boxing and kickboxing. Our team of elite trainers includes members who are certified in strength & conditioning, massage therapy & more. We also work with professional MMA athletes, helping to develop foundational skills and technique for children and adults. We specialize in personal fitness, athletic training and martial arts training. Our facility is one-of-a-kind, boasting an Olympic-sized boxing ring, regulation sized MMA octagon, over 10 heavy bags, rolling mats for jiu jitsu & wrestling as well as a full turf and weight lifting/cardio areas.
