Byld is the first corporate venture builder in Spain; a company that creates startups from scratch together with large corporations, combining the best of these two worlds to enhance the construction of internationally scalable startups. After more than five years creating startups through Byld and Sonar Ventures, their managers have developed their own methodology for creating and developing startups, through which they avoid the most frequent mistakes in the launch and implementation of disru... ptive projects . Byld is not a consultant, an accelerator, or a Venture Capital; He is another co-founder, and is committed to the success of each project, so he invests a great deal of time and resources in all of his startups. Byld's formula consists in combining the agility, flexibility and culture of startups, with the resources, scope and experience of corporations, thus achieving scalable and disruptive startups on a local and global scale . Its processes are divided into: 1. Byld Insights : a process that lasts eight weeks in which they identify the trends that move consumption to detect opportunities and shape them as a business model. Some tools used during this phase are: startup scouting and trends, customer discovery, design sprint and the challenge. 2. Byld Labs: 12-week process in which they focus on the creation of minimum viable products (MPVs), and carry out experiments to validate the hypotheses and improve the solution more and more. In the end, they prepare a construction plan for the startup, with all the necessary steps to build the new company from scratch. 3. Byld Startups: a process that lasts between 36-45 weeks in which MVP'S become scalable startups. Once the startup is created, they assign internal teams to work in the different areas (marketing and sales, operations and products and IT). They also act as the CEO of the startup, making strategic decisions together with the corporation and finally selecting the profiles that best suit the construction plan of the startup, creating an independent team. From Byld they do not seek a specific profile in terms of sector, given that sectoral know-how is something that they largely obtain from the corporation. However, they do need the corporation to have an innovative mindset so that things go well.
