CALIFORNIA CAREER SCHOOL
Originating from its humble beginnings as nursing school, the California Career College in Canoga Park, California, has since evolved, offering occupational training programs in both nursing and intravenous massage so that its graduates can contribute to the health and wellness of the community. The CCCโs academics have been developed by guidelines set by the Vocational Nurse Practice Act and input from local businesses, which allows students to receive an outstanding education that will prep... are them for California State licensure in their respective field. To ensure that your educational experience is well-rounded, CCCโs programs feature exclusive instruction in not only technical and clinical skills, but also in professional skills. Since you will be given personalized attention from your instructor, you will have opportunities to develop effective communication and interpersonal skills. Full-time students can complete the comprehensive program in as little as 12 months, allowing them to look for employment in no time. CCCโs Intravenous Massage program is a certification program that is only open to graduate vocational nurses who want to master the technique so they can expand their skills and even find more employment opportunities. To apply for the Nursing program, students must be at least 18 years old, have earned a high school diploma or GED and demonstrate the ability to perform physically and mentally as a health care provider. Students interested in the Intravenous Massage program should contact the CCC for its specific admissions requirements. CCC offers financial aid to eligible students through a variety of federal programs, including Pell grants, SEO grants, work-study programs and direct loans.
