College is about community, new experiences, self-discovery, and above all, the people. Unfortunately the admissions process leans on numbers, hard facts, and statistics. It is filled with judgment and labels, and forces students to understand their own self-worth in these terms. There is no avoiding the realities of the college admissions process, but they want to shift the focus away from the negative and judgmental, and towards whats really matters: the community.
