Originally founded in 1992 under the name Data Power Monitoring Corporation o... r DPMC and later merging with sister company Intellibatt in 2011. Canara completed a $22M capital investment in June, 2012 to expand products and services across more markets in more geographies. Canara is headquartered in San Rafael, California with a global customer base. The company has developed the world’s only cross platform 24X7 monitoring solution for UPS, back-up battery and emergency generator systems and branch circuit monitoring. Canara provides security and peace of mind, allowing our customers to proactively perform necessary maintenance before an outage event occurs.
