Catena Zapata is a wine-making firm. Nicolás Catena Zapata is committed to quality and is pioneering the reintroduction of Malbec, a French variety that had been almost completely forgotten, into the wine market. They designed it as a rock-clad pyramid nestling in the Andes mountain foothills. Its wine is made from five estate vineyards. Catena wines are special batches from the family's altitude vineyards.
