CHARTSaaS.org was incorporated in South Carolina, USA, on July 3, 2013, as a not-for-profit organization; and was determined by the United States Internal Revenue Service on March 9, 2014 to be a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt and 509(a)(2) public charity corporation. Per Article 2, Secti... on 2, of its Bylaws, the objectives and purposes of CHARTSaaS.org are as follows:  development and operation (DevOps) of the Cloud Healthcare Appliance Real-time Solution as a Service (CHART), an aggregate of Internet-accessible and interoperable software products made available in software as a service mode to accredited or licensed professional (e.g. – physician) and organizational (e.g. – hospital) healthcare provider clients and their patients,  the training and education of CHARTSaaS clients and other interested parties in the use of application and integration middleware (AIM) and analytics for the transformation of medical practice and healthcare delivery operations,  the commercialization of intellectual property (IP) developed by CHARTSaaS clients and other users to generate revenue and to aid in the cost-effective transformation of medical practice and healthcare delivery operations,  the accelerated accrual of data, information and knowledge obtained by means of CHARTSaaS to the medical common body of knowledge (MCBOK), and  the solicitation and distribution of funds to advance and enhance the accomplishment of the objectives and purposes of the Corporation.
