INVESTMENT FOCUS We provide £1m to £10m of investment to businesses that: are est... ablished and profitable; have a B2B or B2C service led offering; are headquartered in the UK; and have significant growth and development potential; or a stable, defensible position with lower growth potential. We’ve spent 15 years working with businesses like yours. We are flexible partners and will consider a range of investment situations, including: shareholders who want to sell part or all of their business; management teams who wish to buy a business (a management buy-out or buy-in); and owners and management teams who want to raise capital to accelerate their business, either organically, through roll-out or via acquisition.
